We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification once the parcel is dispatched.

Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
Cost: ₹99

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
Cost: ₹199

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather issues, or logistical challenges.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO

Vishchic ships to all serviceable addresses within India.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A shipment confirmation email
Your tracking ID
The courier partner’s details

Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Vishchic is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact the courier partner immediately
Notify our support team at support@vishchic.com
Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for verification

We will assist you in coordinating with the courier for a claim.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
